🌿 Whether you’re stepping in for a single session or feeling called to go deeper, there is space here for you.
Come as you are.Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class. Wear comfortable clothing, but also bring along your favourite blanket, or cushion for extra support. Mats or seating will be provided.Suitable for beginners and intermediate meditators.

To honour the energy, preparation, and limited spaces within each meditation circle, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the container we create together.
