About Me
My work is rooted in creating calm, supportive healing spaces where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves and begin moving through emotional and energetic overwhelm at their own pace.
As a Master Energy Healer I combine Reiki, hypnotherapy, the honey method, intuitive energy healing and somatic awareness in a grounded and collaborative way, tailoring each session to the individual rather than following a fixed approach.
Over time, my practice has evolved beyond simply offering relaxation sessions. I'm particularly drawn to supporting people experiencing stress, emotional exhaustion, burnout, nervous system overwhelm and major life transitions.
I believe healing happens most safely through trust, consistency and feeling genuinely supported — not rushed or forced. My role is not to "fix" people, but to hold space in a way that supports regulation, awareness, balance and reconnection, working with people, not on them.
It's my personal belief that if more people were attuned to Reiki Level 1, the world would be a gentler, more balanced place. Something I care deeply about is attuning as many people as possible to Reiki Level 1 in my lifetime. It is a quiet, yet strong, driving motivation behind my work.

Outside of sessions, I'm someone who values grounding, nature, reflection and creating spaces where people can simply exhale for a while. I enjoy my wonderful dog Storm, horse riding, Tai Chi and lots of outdoor activities.
I understand how overwhelming life can feel when we spend too long carrying stress, emotional pressure or responsibility without enough support ourselves. That understanding shapes the way I hold my practice — gently, honestly and without judgement.
