My work combines a range of modalities — Reiki, the honey method, hypnotherapy, intuitive energy healing and somatic awareness — to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and energetic balance.
Who This Work May Support
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may offer support for those experiencing stress and overwhelm, anxiety or emotional exhaustion, burnout and nervous system dysregulation, grief or major life transitions, emotional disconnection, or difficulty relaxing and switching off. It can also help with a sense of energetic depletion or feeling "stuck," as well as trauma, religious or spiritual trauma (including cult-related experiences or unwanted spiritual/energetic influence), peri- and menopause support. I also support clients pre and post operative care, navigating life during and after recovery. These sessions sit alongside your medical care, offering a calm space for rest, regulation and emotional support.
Healing sessions are gentle, intuitive and collaborative, creating space for regulation, reflection and reconnection with yourself.​
