Angela’s style is very supportive, passionate, understanding, motivational and patient along with a depth of knowledge and years of experience. She was able to normalise my self doubts and my lack of self belief (I felt she held my faith and belief for me whilst I caught up with myself). She encouraged and reassured me every step of the way.
The presentation of her courses were both very well organised with the provision of informative written material and held within an atmosphere of calm, relaxation, support, humour and friendliness. I felt comfortable practicing Reiki with my fellow participants, asking questions and owning up to when I was struggling but little by little my confidence in my abilities in using Reiki on myself and others increased and continues to increase along with my self belief.
Following successful completion of both courses Angela continues to be a supportive and guiding influence in my life of which I am grateful.

In the past I’ve been to a few Reiki practitioners but what makes Angela Bowe stand out for me is the deep multi plein level of connection I feel in sessions with her. She has a calm, easy warmth and radiant light which is not only insightful with her immense depth of knowledge but touches your soul with spiritual, well- grounded and meaningful multiply energies.
If you’re open and receptive it helps give you a Reiki toolset to help navigate life’s journeys in a more often than not challenging world where so much is negatively and harmfully weighted and beyond our control. With regular Reiki sessions I feel I have established a road map of flowing energies which were once blocked and that I was totally unaware I even had! I was so impressed with Angela that I went on to do my Reiki 1 Attunement Course with her which I thoroughly recommend to all that want to see and feel the benefits of energy healing and understand how it works.
I now practice Reiki every day for 30 minutes or so – it helps me unwind and rebalance and check in with myself in body, mind and emotion.

I have received reki healing and completed my level 1 reki attunment with Angela. I have had such a positive experience! Angela instantly puts you at ease! She has a wonderful calming space and energy.
After my initial reki healing I was blown away, I began a journey of healing, I felt calm I was able to loose some emotional baggage and a background headache finally dissapeared.
