Reiki Level I attunement 

This full 1-day course is for anyone at the start of their spiritual or healing journey, or if you have been on it for some time. It is primarily based on self-healing.

As well as being able to self-heal, you will also be able to heal your family and friends. The course includes full course notes.

This course will allow you the opportunity to heal yourself, family, pets, and plants (if you wish). You will learn to channel Reiki energy through your hands. You will learn how to heal yourself through Reiki self-care, as well as how to carry out Reiki healing in a chair and on a healing bed.

This course has been developed to give you a solid foundation in Reiki and to allow you to practice Reiki healing safely and effectively.

This Reiki Level 1 course includes an attunement to help raise your vibration, increase your spiritual and universal awareness, and awaken or strengthen your healing gift.

 

Course Outline

I will teach traditional Usui Reiki from a Japanese lineage, but with a twist.  I ensure the Reiki training remains as pure to the methods and essence of Mikao Usui’s teaching but also grounded with modern tools and guidance that will serve you well in today's busy world society.  
 
The day will include:

• Guidance on negotiating your energy in the world today

• Short background, and learning about this Traditional Healing vibration. 

• Learn the Principles of Reiki Healing for pratical use as well as spiritual growth. 

• Basics about our Body, Energy, Chakras & Meridians

• 1 x Traditional Reiki Attunement

• What to do before giving a Reiki Healing

• How to connect and channel energy in self-healing. 

• Learning exercises to ensure you stay protected and grounded

• How to benefit from self-healing treatments

• Learn the Hand Positions (for Self and Healing others) plus how to use Reiki on other people

• Practical and Hands on Reiki Healing

• Reiki 1 Certification
