🌿 General Terms
Complementary Therapy
Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Please consult your GP or medical specialist regarding any health concerns.
No Guarantees
Healing is a deeply personal process. While every effort is made to support your wellbeing, no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed, as each person’s experience is unique and influenced by many factors.
Confidentiality
All sessions and communications are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. However, information may need to be shared with appropriate authorities if there is a legal or ethical duty to do so—such as a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Privacy
By booking a session, you agree to the collection and secure storage of personal details (such as your name and contact information) for the purpose of providing your treatment and client care. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
Code of Conduct
Clients are asked to arrive in a respectful and calm manner.
Sessions cannot proceed if a client is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or behaves in an abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory way.
💫 Client Eligibility
Medical Conditions
Some health conditions may require approval from your GP before treatment can take place. These include (but are not limited to):

Severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

Bone fractures before setting

Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes (if unmanaged)
If you are unsure, please seek medical advice and discss with Angela before booking.
Children
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to give consent and remain present throughout the session.
💖 Booking & Payment
Booking
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment can be changed or cancelled without charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost.
Refunds
In the event that the therapist needs to reschedule, you will be offered any payment or deposit to either be transferred to a future appointment or refunded to you.
🌼 Therapist Rights
Refusal of Service
The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session at any time if a client’s behaviour, health condition, or other circumstance makes it unsafe or inappropriate to continue.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change. Regular clients will be notified in advance wherever possible.
