Starting a healing journey with someone new can feel daunting—or even a little scary—especially when you’re inviting someone into your world. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute online consultation: a gentle, no-pressure space where you set the pace. During this session, we’ll focus on you. We’ll talk through what has led you here and what you hope to achieve, giving us a clear sense of your needs and intentions. I’ll also answer any questions you may have about my background and the healing therapies I work with, sharing the tools in my toolbox so you know exactly how I can support you. We’ll check in on how the session feels for you. If this space resonates and feels right, we can explore next steps together. If it doesn’t, that’s completely okay—you are in control, and there’s no obligation to continue.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment can be changed or cancelled without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost. Refunds In the event that the therapist needs to reschedule, you will be offered any payment or deposit to either be transferred to a future appointment or refunded to you.
