- Cover three major dysfunctions that develop in the hands due to repetitive stress and overuse syndromes.
- Practice exercises, stretches, and self care techniques to prevent over use syndromes, as well as a five minute daily hand massage routine.

You will learn exercises for meditation that can be used on the bus, during your lunch break, or even at your desk. Tackle that stress and take a break with us!
