Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is the art of moving and aligning certain primary and inherent rhythms or energies of the body with the musculo-skeletal system in order to re-establish freedom of motion throughout the body. Craniosacral Therapy can be helpful for the working with structural misalignments, tense muscles and ligaments, traumatic injuries, and conditions where the equilibrium the body/mind is in need of balance.
On-site Seated Massage
Given by a professional massage practitioner in an ergonomically designed massage chair, on-site seated massage typically lasts from 5 to 30 minutes. Designed to fit into your busy schedule, a chair massage invigorates and revitalizes the body and re-energizes the spirit. Available in our office, or at your site (six sessions minimum per on-site appointment).
Myofascial Release
Applies sustained pressure and movement into the connective tissue in order to eliminate fascial restrictions. It is effective for relief of cervical pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, restriction of motion, and headaches.
Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT is used to locate and release spasms, eliminate trigger points that cause pain, restore postural alignment and flexibility, and rebuild strength of injured tissues
Pregnancy Massage
Designed to relieve pre and post-partum discomfort, lessen backache through assisted stretching techniques, and bring peace to the expectant mother.
Repetitive Stress Injury Therapy
Addresses carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis and golf injuries, and problems encountered in day-to-day repetitious movement.
Stone Massage
Ancient stone smoothed by flowing waters- a gift from Mother Earth- provides deep sustained heat to muscle tissue during the massage session, melting away tension in the muscles and stress in the mind and spirit.
Swedish Massage
A smooth, flowing massage that uses a combination of strokes designed to manipulate soft tissue, lessen stress level, and increase circulation.
Paraffin Therapy Bath Treatments
Fast-Acting heat therapy soothes pain and stiffness. Effective on Arthritis. Joint Stiffness, Muscle Spasms, Inflammation and Sports Injuries.
Foot Ease
A foot spa soak, a paraffin wax treatment, and a foot massage will be most appreciated by your over-worked and under-appreciated feet.
Paraffin Hands
A paraffin wax treatment followed by a hand massage.

- Chair Massage: $1/minute, $5.00 minimum
- 1/2 hour table massage: $30
- 1 hour table massage: $60
- 1 hour Stone massage $70
On-site Massage Fees
- 1 hour table massage: $80
- 1 1/2 hour table massage: $120
- Chair Massage: $1/minute, $5.00 minimum
